How Can a Buyer See the RFP Responses?

Once a buyer issues an RFP/RFQ, they need to see the responses suppliers submit. This can be useful during the open window (especially for private RFP/RFQs) so buyers can nudge suppliers into submitting before the end of the RFP/RFQ window.

Solution Overview

1. Consider a historic RFP from “My Historical RFPs”:

2. Click on “Responses” to see the responses:

This is where they would be located if there were any. Notice that there is information on when the vendors posted their responses.

Clicking on any individual response would take the user to the response form and associated supporting documentation.
